Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello dear readers!

I would like to pop in here for a minute to wish you all a happy thanksgiving. I hope all of you travel safely and remember that every other driver on the road is attempting to do the same.

Also, keep in mind that just because it is available doesn’t mean you have to eat everything. It’s kind of gross.

Enjoy your day!

Goodness, it’s dusty in here…

Give me a moment…

OK! Now that I have blown the dust off of my keyboard I believe it is time for an UPDATE!

I apologize for the amount of time it’s taking between comic posts. I know our wonderful, faithful, perfect readers would never say nasty things about us where we can’t hear (I can always hear you, btw) but I understand that we probably deserve some of that at this point.

“Oh, God!” You exclaim, “not a self-deprecating post for their lack of updates!” (I told you I can always hear …

Sorry guys, I got caught up with a few things over the last few days. Page #030 is in the works. I’ve also been meaning to post those production drawings for the new characters and whatnot. Be back soon, I promise.

Geez Geoff, what the F*@% have you been doing for 3 weeks?

Hello everyone! I hope you’ve been enjoying your summer so far. As you may have noticed, I have been slacking lately on my end of things. Recently, I’ve been slammed with work at my day job. I’ve also been taking advantage of this summer weather to enjoy plenty of recreational activities, as I hope you have. Come on, stop reading webcomics and go outside already!

Anyway, I’ve discovered something about myself. With the few hours left in the week, I’ve been really resistant to making myself work on the comic. “Now …

New Computer!

Posted on by patrick in Writing | 1 comment

Hello all, I’m back from vacation and have now spent a week at work.  Finally got advisement worked out for school in a couple of weeks so we will see if I can’t get a schedule that works with me here.

Just bought a new laptop. I’ve been trying for the past few weeks to get Leah’s 6 year old IBM to work, but to no avail. Went and bought a netbook, because I’ve determined through this experience that they most effective way to fix a computer is for it to …

I needed a break…

Posted on by patrick in Writing | 2 comments

…so I took one.  I’m currently in Tybee Island, GA spending some time laying on a beach and not doing anything. I’ve greatly appreciated my do nothing time, and I”m quite happy that I’ve got the entire rest of the week off before i have to return to work.

I’m in the final stages of writing Volume 3. I try to keep myself a good ways ahead of Geoff as far as writing v. illustration, and I’ve succeeded so far, though I’m lagging behind a little more than I’d like. It …

Volume Two (Update)

Whoops! Sorry, but we won’t be updating until next Wednesday. Still working out the kinks in the production. You can blame me, I don’t mind.

Volume Two

Hello everyone. Originally we had planned to update with the start of Volume Two today. However, we are pushing back the update to Saturday. The cover for Volume Two turned out to be more involved than I expected, so please excuse the delay. I hope that the extra time spent on it will be worth it. I’m extremely excited for the final result. I also can’t wait for you guys to read Volume Two. It’s good, I can tell you that much.

I am nearly done with Volume 3! For those of you who wonder, I actually try to get the next volume to Geoff as soon as I can, which is how I’m nearly done with Volume 3 even though we haven’t started Volume 2. This break is really more for us to get our bearings and get a better idea of how to keep the whole site running.

I just started a new job today, and the fact that my first blog post comes after that on the same day proves …
